I was chatting in wales free chat room and
ukchatterbox kicked me out because I was
writing welsh. I'm not even from wales. Moved
here a couple of years ago and decided to
respect the country and the people and learn
the language. Decided to do a bit of practice
in the wales room and I get kicked out. Was
this right?
1 - No swearing whatsoever.
2- No inappropriate names.
3- Follow staff requests.
4- Do not flood.
5- Public sites can be displayed, but not
personal ones.
6- Do not give abuse to anyone.
7- Speak English.
8- Any requests must be clean.
Apart from rule 7 I've no idea why they
kicked you out.
they kicked you out because the rule
says:*speak english*....in other words...its
english chatterbox,not uk chatterbox(not
welsh or scots or ulster)....now dont be
saying the english are racist...its just that
so many of them struggle with their own
language, they cant be expected to learn
welsh/gaelic as well surely?lol.
maybe you could suggest that they recruit
some welsh speaking mods & allow welsh chat
in the wales room when theyre present? the
rules only there cause the mods are english
speaking so cant moderate other languages..
