Steamy Windows, grr!

Are there any products available that help to
prevent car windscreens from steaming up in
the mornings when it's cold/damp.
Pain having to wipe it clear only for it to
steam up again 2 minutes later.
Don't think my cars ventilation system is
that good.
Was a problem in another car I was in last
week as well though (a lot worse in fact) so
I'm guessing it's quite a common problem?

clean your windows with nil glass using
paper, not a cloth, ideally the hard tissue
(usually blue)
this will dramatically reduce it...

morning chris...
1. get it serviced
2. use a micro cloth - it dries it
immediately
3. get seviced in the car by your lady - all
the windows will steam up but it'll be worth
it!

suze - micro cloths work! and if anyone has
problems with frozen screens - use a dribble
of fairy liquid in your screenwash - better
than any purpose brand which cost a fortune -
u can use a weak semi dry cloth with fairy on
inside too - no more fug!

yeah suze, mine has a heated front screen..
if you're wiping the condensation from the
screen you're going wrong right from the off,
you'll notice this if you ever drive in the
dark and theres a car coming toward you, the
screen turns to a smeared mess..
most of the condensation gathers on grime and
sheee'ite that settles on your screen, keep
the screen clean and polished and it'll clear
with the blower as it should..

Well if you start the car put on the heater
and let the car run go back inside have the
brekkie then when you go out the car windows
will be clear of fog and car will be
warm.Only do this if you have a yard not on
the public road as someone might nick the
car.If the heater or air con don't work right
it might just need cleaning out if you can't
do it yourself halfords can do it for you.

How about this, a novel idea but it might
work
Stop talking. It's all that hot air you're
blowing out thats doing it.

Had it since December 2007. Only got my
licence in March though. Torture having a car
and not being able to drive it.
All good now though.
What you driving now Countess?
