Theres plans to build a 15 story hotel and
about 300 flats on the old skern powerplant
site. Personally I think its a bit insane
and the original reason they weren't allowed
to do it was because it didn't have any
parking for its customers and not enough of
the flats were affordable housing. I dont
think they've changed anything.. What does
anyone think?
