I made some chapatis for lunch. Whole meal
wheat flour is one of my ingredients. I think
it contains the protein gluten. I have not
been prescribed a gluten-free diet like those
with coeliac disease. A disease of the
gastrointestinal tract - an autoimmune
disease.

This is probably wierd but the thought of
