I like to have a good baking session now and
then.
However, I'M a bugga for guessing the
ingredients amounts and Ive just had a slice
of a homemade lemon meringue pie, and omg...
I think Ive put far too much lemon in and not
enough sugar.. its made me eyes water
By the way, I think home cooking is a bit of
a luxury for some folk. I have time to cook
most nights because there is only me.
If I was a working (Mum or) Dad with a job,
plus house to look after and kids to feed,
I'd have invested in a Microwave AND freezer
by now, cos I'd be far to knackered to
prepare food every night.
